Set Smartphone to Desktop Mode

To view the SLVCC website in desktop mode & and to read the SLVCC Events Calendar, follow the directions below for iOS and Android smartphones.  The settings are similar; but are "browser" specific and can be toggled back and forth as needed.

You may find it easier to shift your phone horizontal to view the larger screen once you are in Desktop Mode.

CHROME WEB BROWSER for ANDROID

Enable Desktop Site on Mobile Browser

  1. Launch the Chrome web browser on Android.

  2. Tap on the 3 vertical dots for the menu.

  3. The "Desktop Site" can be enabled by selecting the checkbox.

  4. The page will reload automatically on your browser.

  5. You will be able to view the site's desktop version on mobile devices.

CHROME WEB BROWSER for iOS

Enable Desktop Site on Mobile Browser

  1. Launch the Chrome web browser oniOS.

  2. Tap on the 3 vertical dots at the bottom right.

  3. Select "Request Desktop Site"..

  4. The page will reload automatically on your browser.

  5. You will be able to view the site's desktop version on mobile devices.

SAFARI WEB BROWSER for iOS

Enable Desktop Site on Mobile Browser

  1. Open Settings

  2. Select Safari

  3. Scroll down and Select "Request Desktop Site"

  4. Set the switch next to "All Websites" to on/green (if you want to keep this setting all the time)
